Environmental Friendly Non-plastic Barrier Coating
Product Introduction
Before environmental protection became a mandatory requirement, paper packaging such as paper cups were generally coated with a layer of PE lamination to obtain good water and oil repellency.
PE laminated paper products are non-biodegradable, non-repulpable and difficult to recycle, so some countries and regions have started to replace them gradually.
The main market for PE laminate replacement is neither PLA laminate nor corn starch film, but a water-based coating - acrylic coating.
Acrylic coating is a water-based coating, and most of the eco-friendly paper cups are now coated with water-based coating method. Due to the advantages of acrylic price and performance, water-based acrylic coating is mostly used to achieve waterproof and oil-proof effect.
Product Market
Products to replace disposable laminated paper products (fully degradable materials - paper to coating are fully degradable, can be recycled, completely non-polluting, to achieve food-grade demand), such as: food wrapping paper, paper cups, paper boxes, paper plates, etc..
At present, the coating paper domestic applications: (EU SUP has banned PE laminated products, PLA and other fully degradable materials laminated paper cost is too high)

Polylactic Acid (PLA) Blown Film Packaging Film
Current Technology
PLA with 100% PLA content is blown into film material.
Product Market
High-permeability film (high molecular weight PLA) can be used for example: food packaging film (bread, pastry, sushi, fresh meat, etc.), flower packaging film, clothing packaging bags, gift bags, commodity packaging and other applications that require fully degradable high permeability film.
Low-permeability films (low molecular weight PLA) are cheaper and can replace other packaging materials that require full degradation.
The current PLA blown film has some heat shrinkage and can be used in more applications.
The blown film market can replace PLA for bi-directional stretch film. Higher flexibility to customize the film to meet customer requirements (thickness, width, etc.) at half the cost of bi-oriented stretch film.
Technical Advantages
We have our own technology PLA modified material, matched with improved high pressure blown film equipment and production process for this material.
At present, the PLA blown film market is 90% PBAT content and 10% PLA content, the blown film is soft and the application scenario is relatively limited.
Now 100% PLA blown film is the only one in the market, there is no other product.
